We are seeking an AAT qualified or part-qualified, competent individual to assist our International Management Accountant with various ongoing projects. There will be a requirement to work with both UK & International stakeholders (Employees, Advisors, Banks, Governments & Authorities).

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This role will be varied with a lot of ad hoc tasks to include:
  • Financial analysis/information gathering to assist with identifying project risk areas and costs
  • Assist in designing/implementing controls & procedures to ensure the Centrax Group is compliant in countries it operates in
  • Administrative support
  • Payroll administration
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Working with spreadsheets, cashbooks, journals, banking systems
  • Reconciling accounts

Skills & Experience:

Essential:
  • AAT Level 3 to 4
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Excellent IT skills (especially in the use of Excel)
Desirable:
  • Experience of working in International Operations & Activities
  • Experience of Payroll/International Payroll in International Operations & Activities
Personal attributes:
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to take initiative
  • Positive, excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A respect for confidentiality and to be able to multi-task is essential
